平素より、はつはなをご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
11/3(金) 「第70回 箱根大名行列開催」に伴い、ホテル周辺道路が一部規制されます。
ホテル送迎車による箱根湯本駅へのお迎えは交通規制後の15：00過ぎからとなりますが、交通規制解除後も渋滞により、ご希望通りの時間にお迎えに上がれない可能性もございます。
お客様におかれましてはご不便をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

Notice of Traffic Controls Due to the Holding of the 70th Hakone Daimyo Gyoretsu Procession on Friday, November 3rd

Due to the holding of the 70th Hakone Daimyo Gyoretsu Procession on Friday, November 3rd, road usage surrounding the hotel will be partially restricted.
The hotel's courtesy cars will pick you up at Hakone-Yumoto Station after 3:00 P.M., which is after the traffic controls are lifted.
Because of traffic congestion even after the traffic controls are lifted, we may not be able to pick you up at your desired time.
We apologize for the inconvenience but ask for your understanding.
